Soo, I went to see Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova last weekend and these two were passionate, amazing, beautiful…everything I need in a performance. I was only going to post one, but their cover of You ain’t goin nowhere from the new Bob Dylan bioepic is too good to be missed. I wish I could convey to you how moving this show was. It led me through every emotion possible. One of those “makes you want to confess it all” moments.

LOVES IT

I saw Michael Brunnock play at the Vic last week with Glen and Marketa. I guess he’s a friend of theirs they picked up in NYC. He’s stellar, really great. The video really doesn’t do it justice. I hope he gets a full fledged website soon, because I just detest M’space, but you can find him and more of his tunez there.

I’m home for break and doing a lot of trolling the internet for interesting ideas, inspirations and any number of words that begin with ‘I’ but really just boil down to “preeeetty”.

I love Grey right now, and I think the interplay of the chiffon and the heather satin is so surprisingly winter-friendly. I also really love the tuxedo pin tucking. It’s hip, it’s happenin’.

Mmm, puff sleeves. Mmm, Chiffon. Mmm…

I hadn’t been a fan of Juicy Couture, but in the last 3 seasons, they’ve really stepped it up a notch. These aren’t from this season, but they sure are literal. Navy blue shoes are hard to find, too.
